What you can expect from us.
When working with us, according to this policy, you can expect us to:
Respond to your report promptly, and work with you to understand and validate what you have sent.
Strive to keep you informed about the progress of a vulnerability as it is processed.
Work to remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a reasonable timeframe, within our operational constraints.
Extend Safe Harbour for your vulnerability research that is conducted in line with this policy.
What we ask of you.
In participating in our vulnerability disclosure programme in good faith, we ask that you:
Play by the rules. Follow this policy and any other relevant agreements. Where they conflict, the terms of this policy prevail.
Report any vulnerability you discover promptly.
Do not violate the privacy of others, disrupt our systems, destroy data, or harm user experience.
Use only the Official Channels to discuss vulnerability information with us.
Give us at least 90 days from the initial report to resolve the issue before you disclose it publicly.
Test only on in-scope systems and respect anything that is out-of-scope.
If you encounter user data (PII, PHI, payment card data, proprietary information) — limit access to what is needed for the Proof of Concept, stop testing, and report immediately.
Only interact with test accounts you own, or with explicit permission from the account holder.
Do not engage in extortion.
